Homesteads aquire a new plot of land in the picturesque village of Newcastleton

Newcastleton is a beautiful rural village just over the Scottish border. It is situated in a lovely peaceful area in an attractive area of south west Scotland, making it an ideal location to bring up a young family or a place to settle down.  

The area of land that we have purchased will be used to build a state of the art, detached house which will be made and ran in the most environmentally friendly way possible. Under floor heating will be installed and then ran by pumps that are simple, stylish and very economic to run compared to original methods of heating homes.

With energy savings of up to 40%, more and more properties are continually switching to this new and much more effective system. Unobtrusive and simple to maintain, the under-floor heating system we will be installing does away with radiators and pipe work, freeing up space and generating even amounts of easily-controlled warmth throughout the house.
